Month 1 - Ideation Phase
Understand the objectives of starting their business and conduct a thorough feasibility analysis that leads them to develop a robust Value Proposition.
Month 2 - Validation Phase
Validating business ideas through a Minimum Viable Product and developing a Unique Selling Proposition through market and competitor analysis.
Month 3 - Launch Phase
Know how to incorporate their firms in line with the legal and authority requirements and develop their organizations from scratch.
Month 4 - Growth Phase
The participants learn how to drive their organization toward growth through strategic decisions based on data and its analysis.
Month 5 - Maturity Phase
The participants gain knowledge about managing their organization in its maturity phase where advanced managerial functions are to be considered
